A little clarity can be a lot of kindness. SumKind keeps your household finances under your control.
Where your information lives
SumKind lives on your Apple devices and, if you choose to use iCloud, in your private iCloud storage. U.S. Predistics does not host or receive your SumKind financial records.
SumKind does not ask for bank credentials or connect to banks in this release.
What we do not do
SumKind has no advertising, third-party analytics, behavioral tracking, or data-broker integration. U.S. Predistics does not sell financial information.
Free and paid features
The core SumKind checkbook is free and fully usable. Optional advanced features and tips are offered through Apple.
Apple handles the payment and tells SumKind whether a purchase is active so the app can unlock what you bought. U.S. Predistics does not receive your payment card, bank details, or Apple Account password. Paying for a feature does not add advertising or tracking, and it does not give us access to your financial records.
Apple may provide privacy-protected sales, purchase, and diagnostic reports under Apple's policies.
Export and deletion
Users can export transactions and budgets as CSV files. Exported files are controlled by the user and by whichever destination the user selects.
Users can remove a checkbook in SumKind Settings. Confirming that action removes the checkbook and its related information from SumKind. If iCloud is on, the deletion is also synchronized through the user's iCloud storage.
Future features
SumKind Together and messaging are not enabled in this release. This policy will be reviewed and updated before any multi-person sharing, messaging, bank connection, or developer-operated online service is released.
